By entering this Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this Promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their entry into the Promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EUGDPR and UKGDPR, as applicable) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Eligibility

1. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (UK) and Republic of Ireland (ROI) only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of FBC, their respective affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2. In ROI the promotion is carried out under a license issued by the District Court area of Dundalk and held by Dundalk Simon Community (the beneficiary) Seatown House, Jocelyn St, Townparks, Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland. (Charity No: CHY10951).

3. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or aliases will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

4. Entrants must be 18 years or over. We may ask for proof of age, residence or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a Prize being forfeited.

5. Internet access and mobile number required.

6. Entry is only valid via this promotional website: www.maryland-win.co.uk with the correct information - entrant’s name, email address and mobile phone number.

7. The promotion is limited to one unique entry per person per week into the Instant Win promotion with a maximum of eight entries in total throughout the Main Promotional Period. Participants may enter once per person into the Mop Up Draw.

8. Maximum of one instant win prize per person throughout the Main Promotional Period. Maximum of one mop up draw prize per person.

9. A person is defined by name, mobile number and email address and the combination needs to be unique to a single participant for a prize claim to be valid.

10. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programs, applications, scripts, alias accounts brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any Prize/s awarded will be void.

Promotional Period

11. The Main Promotional Period opens at 18:00 on 10.03.2026 and closes at 23.59 on 30.06.2026.

12. The Mop Up Draw Period opens at 00:00 on 01.07.2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31.07.2026.

How to Enter

13. To enter, scan the QR code on POS or visit www.maryland-win.co.uk and enter your full name, mobile number and email address. Entrants are advised to take care when completing the entry form as these details will be used for dispatch in the event you are a winner.

14. Winners of an Instant Win Prize will receive an instant on-screen message confirming what prize they have won. All valid entrants will be placed into the Prize Draw for a chance to win a trip for four to Hollywood.

15. The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this Promotion.

Selecting the Instant Win prize winners

17. There are 890 Instant Win prizes available in total. Instant Win prizes will be awarded via predetermined Winning Moments (hours, minutes, seconds) which have been securely selected by a computer-generated algorithm and will be randomly and evenly seeded throughout the entire Promotional Period. The first entrant to make a valid entry on or after the occurrence of a winning moment will be awarded the prize assigned to that winning moment. If no one makes a valid entry on or after a winning moment and another winning moment passes before the next valid entry, the available prize for the first winning moment will be won. For example, if a winning moment is set for 23:59 one day, an entry submitted on 00:01 the next day will capture that winning moment and win a prize. If there are no entries received within a given period between two or more Winning Moments, the first unawarded prize will be rolled forward and awarded to the next available entrant.

18. Entrants will be notified immediately on screen if they have won an Instant Win prize. Winners will also receive an SMS or Email within 7 days confirming their win, along with a link to claim their prize. Winners will be required to complete the claim form with their full name, mobile number, email address and full postal address in order to claim their prize. Winners are advised to take care when submitting their personal details as they must match the details used upon entry for a claim to be valid. If the claim details do not match, the prize may be forfeited. Once a winner’s claim has been verified, Instant Win prizes will be dispatched to the address provided on the claim form and the name submitted on entry. Winners that do not complete the claim form within 14 days of sending will forfeit their prize.

19. Only valid entry information will be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information may not be sold or exchanged

20. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/win. If an entrant does not provide further information/evidence within 7 days of a request from the Promoter, their entry will be deemed invalid.

Selecting the Prize Draw winner

21. There will be one winner. The winner will be electronically drawn at random by an independent third-party computer process from all valid entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions within 7 days of the closing date of the promotion.

22. The winner will be notified by phone to the mobile number provided upon entry within 7 days of the draw and will need to confirm their personal details and provide proof of age and eligibility. They will also be provided with details on how to claim their prize. The prize must be claimed within 7 days of the initial notification. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, including a minimum of three phone calls; however, if the prize is not claimed within 7 days a reserve winner will be selected by the same process as set out above. A maximum of two reserve winners will be contacted.

Selecting the Mop Up Draw winner(s)

23. There are 40 prizes to be won in the Mop Up Draw as well as any unclaimed Instant Win prizes. All valid entrants who have entered during the Mop Up Draw period will be eligible for a chance to win. Mop Up Draw winners will be drawn from all valid entries received during the Mop Up Draw period. Winners will be drawn by an automated computerised program under the supervision of an independent adjudicator within 7 days of the closing date of the Mop Up Draw Period. Winners will receive an SMS or email to the mobile number or email address used upon entry which contains a link to an online claim form. Winners will be required to complete the claim form with their full name, mobile number, email address and full postal address in order to claim their prize. Winners are advised to take care when submitting their personal details as they must match the details used upon entry for a claim to be valid. If the claim details do not match, the prize may be forfeited. 24. Any personal data submitted by entrants to the Promoter will be treated in accordance with Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Further Prize Details

• If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued;

• All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and equal monetary value may be offered at the prize provider’s discretion;

• All requested dates and holiday preferences are subject to availability;

25. Studio Tour Tickets must be used within twelve (12) months of the end date of the Relevant Promotional Period, and dates are subject to availability.

26. The Prize winner and their guests, if applicable, shall adhere to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood standard terms and conditions (which are available at https://www.wbstudiotour.com/terms-and-conditions/, and may be updated from time to time).

27. Prize winners may be required to take part in reasonable post-promotion publicity for Warner and may be filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded by Warner or other third parties for publicity and he/she consents to the use of his/her personal data for such purposes.

28. Prize winners may be required to sign a Prize Acceptance Form before the Prize is awarded. If a Prize winner is under the age of 18 years, a parent or guardian may be required to sign a Prize Acceptance Form before the Prize is awarded.

29. There is no cash alternative to Prizes which are subject to availability, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. Prizes may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition or promotion by the Prize Winner.

30. Prize details are correct at the date of this Agreement. Events may occur that render the Media Promotion itself or the awarding of Prizes impossible due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of Warner. In this situation, Warner may at its discretion vary or amend Prizes so as to provide reasonable alternative Prizes and Prize winners agree that no liability shall attach to Warner or parties connected to Warner as a result. In no event shall Warner be liable for special, indirect, incidental, consequential (including, without limitation, loss of profits) or punitive damages in connection with the Prizes, the Media Promotion or this Agreement

31. All prizes are subject to availability. In the event any of the products listed above are unavailable, alternative products of equal value will be provided.

32. Prize may need to be signed for upon delivery, and it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that all items are present, correct and undamaged. Winner is responsible for ensuring that any delivery notes are checked on receipt.

33. Prize excludes anything not expressly listed above.

34. On successful verification, the Promoter will arrange for fulfilment of the Prize won within twenty-eight (28) working days. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect delivery details submitted by the winner.

35. In the event that there are any queries raised regarding Prize fulfilment, the Promoter’s agent may need to contact the participant via the email address or telephone number provided upon submitting a claim.

General Information

36. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and winners and to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Promotion or any instructions forming part of the entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.

37. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternative is available.

38. The Promoter and its agents will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this Promotion for the purposes of administering this Promotion unless consent is received to use such information for any other purpose.

39. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the Promotion.

40. The prize winners’ surnames and counties are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to Maryland Harry Potter (8712), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they are a winner their surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. A winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by emailing dpo@fbc-uk.com. In these circumstances the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).

41. Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion including the publication of their full names, without further remuneration the winner is not obliged to agree to any request.

42. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.

43. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the Promotion.

44. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human, mobile or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of Prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

45. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.

46. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law.

47. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

    1. Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty, incorrect, failed, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions,
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption,
    3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof,
    4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion.

48. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

49. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, as applicable, regarding any and all disputes arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms.
